As usual, I've got a lot going on.

I recently expanded my practice beyond NetSuite development into AI-first work. I've developed a discipline I'm calling Cognitive Systems Design - the practice of architecting how AI thinks - and I'm now using Cognitive Systems Design to build custom AI solutions for businesses across multiple verticals: ERP, private equity, legal, biotech, pharma, software development, and more.

I recently published a blog post introducing CSD and a full reference document laying out the methodology and the six components of a cognitive system.

I'm actively working on AI engagements - building Expert Systems and Purpose-Built Prompts for clients - while continuing to support my existing NetSuite clients.

I was also recently featured in an episode of Jonathan Stark's Ditching Hourly podcast. As Jonathan wrote, "It was WILD listening to the AI portions of the conversation five months later, post OpenClaw." If you'd like to give it a listen, here it is.
