This morning I wrapped up development of the ICD-10 code reference app that I've been working on. The iPhone app provides easy access to more than 42,000 ICD-10-CM (diagnosis) medical codes. It supports keyword searches, browsing, and code bookmarks.
I've included a few screenshots of the app below. The only task that remains (other than submitting the app to the App Store) is to create an app icon and replace some of the in-app placeholder icons.
This will be my first commercially available iOS app, and needless to say, I'm very excited about it.
If you're interested in the app and would like to be notified when it becomes available, please consider signing up for my newsletter.
An example of a keyword search - in this example, for "monkey infection."
An example of code details.
Codes that are referred to frequently can be bookmarked for quick and easy reference. Here I've bookmarked code B08.
You can also easily share a code by sending it via email, text, etc.
The app supports code browsing, so you can drill down into codes by selecting section ranges and section.
Here's a list of codes that have been bookmarked. You can easily remove a bookmark by selecting it and swiping to the left.
Documentation is available directly from within the app.
