I first discovered Airtable in the Spring of 2015, and from the moment that I first logged in, I knew I had found something special. It was a new, fresh approach to databases, and it was clear that it would be a game changer. I couldn't wait to share what I had found with my clients, colleagues, friends, and family.
This video is very similar to the approach that I use to demonstrate Airtable. It serves as a quick introduction, while also highlighting some of Airtable's key features. Many of the features that I cover are those that "wowed" me when I first saw them - such as the ability to link tables, create filtered views, publish data via embedded views, collect data via forms, and more. If you're new to Airtable, I believe you'll be just as impressed by these features as I was when I first saw them (and that still impress me to this day).
Airtable has come a long way since I first discovered it. The team has added many incredible new features and capabilities, while maintaining the simplicity and ease of use that I saw in those early days. Some of the newer features - including the recently introduced Calendar View - aren't covered in this video. So I encourage you to check them out via Airtable's blog.
Additional Airtable resources that I've created are available here.
